1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the online courses provided by Andrea Krebel (“Provider”, “we”, “us”). By accessing the course content, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

The Provider offers digital online courses related to structured application guidance for massage gun use with horses and dogs.

The course content is educational in nature and provided exclusively in digital format via a protected members area. No physical product is shipped.

3. Contract Formation & Payment

The purchase and payment processing are handled by:

Digistore24 is the contractual partner for purchases. The contract is concluded between the customer and Digistore24.

4. Access to the Course

After successful payment, access credentials to the members area will be provided.

Access is:

• personal
• non-transferable
• limited to the purchaser

Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, texts, graphics, and downloadable materials, are protected by copyright.

The purchaser receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, public sharing, resale, or commercial use is prohibited without prior written permission.

6. Educational Purpose Only

The course content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

It does not replace veterinary, medical, or therapeutic advice. No diagnosis, treatment, or health guarantees are provided.

Use of the course content is at your own responsibility.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Individual results may vary.

The Provider makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, improvements, or performance results.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Provider shall be liable only within the limits permitted by applicable law.

The Provider shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages
• loss of income
• loss of data
• damages resulting from improper application of course content

Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the course.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds and payment processing are handled exclusively by Digistore24 in accordance with their applicable policies.

Customers must contact Digistore24 directly regarding refund requests.

10. Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)

By purchasing digital content, the customer agrees that the execution of the contract begins immediately.

The right of withdrawal may expire if the customer has expressly consented to this and acknowledged the loss of the right before access is granted.

Further details are governed by the policies of Digistore24.

11. Termination of Access

The Provider reserves the right to revoke access to the members area in case of violation of these Terms, including unauthorized sharing of login credentials or redistribution of course content.

12. Force Majeure

The Provider shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Spain.

This applies unless mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s country provide otherwise.

If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
