These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of the online courses provided by Andrea Krebel (“Provider”, “we”, “us”). By purchasing and accessing the course, you agree to these Terms.

The Provider offers digital online courses related to structured application guidance for massage gun use with horses. The course content is educational in nature and provided exclusively in digital format via a protected members area. No physical product is shipped.

The purchaser receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. The course content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not replace veterinary, medical, or therapeutic advice. No diagnosis, treatment, or health guarantees are provided. Use of the course content is at your own responsibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for:

Refunds and payment processing are handled exclusively by Digistore24 in accordance with their applicable policies. Customers must contact Digistore24 directly regarding refund requests.
10. Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)
By purchasing digital content and accessing the members area, the customer expressly agrees that access to the digital product begins immediately after purchase. The customer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal expires once access to the digital content has been granted.

The Provider reserves the right to revoke access to the members area in case of violation of these Terms, including unauthorized sharing of login credentials or redistribution of course content.
12. Force Majeure
The Provider shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Spain, excluding conflict of law provisions. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
